The 5% ClubThe 5% club is a club of individuals who have committed to and successfully lost 5% of their body weight. Individuals need to be actively committed and held accountable if they are to be successful with weight loss. Bone & Joint Wellness Program

If you’ve desired to be fit, but are tired of feeling loagy because of your tired joints, speak to your orthopaedic physician and ask him or her for a recommendation to our program. Coaching is a new, more powerful approach to help you make long-term lifestyle changes using motivation, guidance and accountability. Programs are three months in length and consist of weekly or bi-weekly one-on-one consults with an exercise physiologist and/or dietician. We’ll provide you with the necessary tools to help you meet your wellness goals.
This thorough evaluation sets us apart from other exercise facilities. During this 2-part consultation with an exercise physiologist, we’ll evaluate your current exercise level and set the stage for your future. Submax VO2 testing identifies your level of cardiovascular fitness and is an accurate way to determine appropriate exercise heart rate zones for increasing endurance or improving cardiovascular conditioning.
